Gray for Justin Hunter or something like that I could see.

Gray for WR Street in Dallas?

Hunter is a physically gifted guy, in doubt. I wanted the Pats to get him in the draft a couple years ago, but mentally I just don't think he would make it here.

If we trade for a WR, doesn't seem like it is a short term solution takes time to get on the same page with Brady very hard to do in season.

I doubt they trade for VJax, he makes too much money... A trade for Hunter or someone along those lines makes more sense to me.

Find a way to make room for VJax please. Tough to defend a passing corp with another WR his size.

No doubt, Jackson would kill it here IMO. But he really has a high salary I believe.

Nice to think about though. Would be similar to the Moss trade - similar point in their careers. Moss was more talented, but Jackson likely has less attitude.

@caplannfl: Has been a long road back, but good for him. Always had the talent to stick. https://t.co/t98p3HdRbI

Happy for Lewis and expecting big things

Bucs would also be silly to trade him, Evans and Jackson along with ASJ are exactly the types you want a rookie QB throwing to.

Jackson is a big team player. Living down here in Tampa there are zero issues with this guy outside of the occasional dumb drop. He's a Pro's Pro on a crap team.

I guess we're rolling with a bunch of 3rd down backs plus Blount.

I've heard he's great too. I just remember his contract issues with San Diego, I didn't want to say definitively that he is.

Not if we throw in Dobson and a late round pick. I think they would take that.

The only battle I'm certain of today is that Wilson beat out Ebner. He's made plays during the preseason and offers value as an emergency safety/dime LB over Ebner.

My "easy" cuts:

Cadet
Saunders
Cleveland
King
Ebner
****son
Moore

Final five roster spot battles:

1. Dobson vs. Harper (Likely Harper vs. himself. Dobson most likely safe)
2. Two of: Ryan vs. McClain vs. Swanson vs. Coleman
3. Hooman vs. Michael Williams
4. Fleming vs. E. Martin
5. Andrews vs. Kline

If we go light at LB with four, Harper is my 53rd player as our 6th WR.

Rufus seems like a no brainer as our 10th DL. I'll be upset if he doesn't make it. I don't view him as a bubble because he's a better player than the names above.

Ebner is the Pats best Special teams player behind Slater, yet you think he's cut?

VJax .... again? If they want a big WR ..... what is the status of Dwayne Bowe?

Branch also made some really stupid ones for a vet.

The call against Branch was BS.. The guy wasn't stopped and the whistle hadn't blown when Branch hit him..

Not if we throw in Dobson and a late round pick. I think they would take that.

His average salary is $11,111,111/yr.

He's far more valuable to the Bucs and their rookie QB than to us unless he drops his contract down to the 3-4m/yr range, which he has no reason to do. We can't afford him.

Jones Gray cut? Reginald Wayne rumored to be cut? Someone please make sure @dikembe is ok!!!!
