Quote found by Deus:
"We were playing the Bills last year and I got a call in from the sidelines," Tom Brady says, regaling now. "And Josh, the coordinator, he says, 'Second and one, get the first down.' We're up 17? A lot, I don't remember. We're on the 48-yard line, and Moss was wide, so I just said, 'Randy, go deep.' And I just laid it up there. I just threw it. I ran off and Josh shouted, 'Just get the first down!' And I said, 'How was that?' They pulled me out of the game. That's exactly what I was trying to do."

Brady always has the right to change the call at the LOS if he believes it won't work, or if there's a significantly better play.

He talking about running up the score, that was the context in which he answered that question, so yea, what he was tying to do was run up the score. We should all be fine with that....I am.

He did not get pulled from a series in that game, to the best of my knowledge.

i would not read to much into this, i believe it's media making mountains outta mole hills

I would love for them to turn their attention to anything but Favre driving his Escalade.

Tom Brady said that, no one is paraphrasing or putting words in his mouth. Did you even read the article? It was a positive article, not the media making mountains outta mole holes.

Exactly. WE'RE the ones making mountains out of mole hills, not the media. Not this time. :D
