Seems like there's nothing to see on this, in light of the following from the indictment:

24. As part of said scheme, THOMAS BADER, KEVIN HENRY and COLLEGE PHARMACY, INC. sold, distributed and caused to be distributed the somatropin described in paragraph 22, above, to physicians, including but not limited to Dr. Leonard Guyer, Dr. Jeffrey Hamm, Dr. Jimmy Diaz, and Dr. Geoffrey Jones, without disclosing the hGH was manufactured in China and not FDA approved.

Wow, the plot thickens. I know I have commended Manning for his vociferous denials but I did so thinking that the claims were absolutely false. But the denials kept on coming, and coming and after the employment verification thing, I think any prosecutor wishing to make a name for himself can start some expository proceedings.

Manning could still be innocent of these speculations. Best case for Manning would be that it was determined that Guyer had legally prescribed HGH for a health condition they specialize in and treat for at their clinic.

Next best would be that his wife may have used HGH for beautification purposes and Manning just got stuck in the middle of a controversy.

The problem for Manning, IMO, is that if the Guyer Institute is found to have illegally prescribed HGH to any of its patients, regardless if it was Manning or not, he will be forever linked to it.

I'm curious if we will soon hear about a who's who client list of other celebrities that have used Guyer's clinic.

If the Government gets involved and find that Guyer's clinic is illegally prescribing HGH it will become very difficult to sweep anything under the rug.

I am watching the whole HGH stuff on the morning shows and it is beyond stupid. The main reason athletes use HGH and EGF is speed up the recovery process. It is what Rodney used it for and what everyone else uses it for. It is the reason Ray Lewis could tear his bicep and come back 100% in such a short time.
