The Patriots are cutting CB Justin Coleman, per source. Signed him yesterday.
I'm guessing he'll go to the practice squad
It was a good move. They didn't what the deal would be with LaFell and they didn't know about Dobson.Gotta disagree with you here.. I still feel bringing him in was a great move. Even if it was for a week and a half to show the younger guys the type of commitment you need to make to be successful.
Does this mean Swanson's made the team?

If I believe everything everyone has said, I would believe Wayne gives back $450k signing bonus, signs with Colts, and retires.
In a way, that actually is a bit of a frightening scenario.....
Wayne goes back to the Colts and hands them our playbook. Ouch...
Per Schefter, Wayne asked to be released.

The Patriots signed rookie CB Justin Coleman on Friday. They informed him they plan to waive him Saturday. Practice-squad candidate, perhaps
I wouldn't say that. But it does give Logan Ryan a better chance of making the roster

WR Reggie Wayne asked to be released, according to source.
Plus he now knows where the bugs are planted. In a way, that actually is a bit of a frightening scenario.....
