Sign the Beast II: DE Greg Hardy anybody?

If anything they said about him is remotely true doing the coke beating the girl or throwing her on a bed of guns want no part of.
He has Raven, Colt, Jet, and sadly now Bill written all over him.

I guess we are going to have threads for every player who might become available.

We need to sign our own FA's, and if we can sign the one that we want to keep, there will not be any cap money left to sign any big ticket FA's. I hope that people inclined to start these threads come to that realization sooner rather than later.

this is not MLB.

I don't know if things will change once Bob steps aside, but I don't anticipate anyone from the dreaded "domestic violence" crowd to be signed anytime soon. Mr. Robert Kraft drew his line in the sand with Ray Rice.

Agreed. Our best chance to repeat is to resign our own (or at least the big names). The best chance for an actual improvement to last year will have to come from A) the draft or B) young/IR'd players taking a step forward.

He has alot of issues but he sure can rush the passer. I am waiting for chandler to become a pass rushing beast lol. I really hope our pass rush improves. It almost cost us again in the superbowl.

You could argue that the line in the sand was drawn much earlier with the Christian Peter episode where he was drafted and then waived a week later when his repeated evidence of DV became well known...

image.jpg No thanks,

A thread was started the other day about resigning AH if by chance he gets acquitted.

I'd forgotten about that Epic Fail of a thread as I'd used Ian's Thread Ignore feature on it

That seemed pretty clearly a Myra thing, and subsequent signings (i.e. Haynesworth) seemed to bear that out.

Is this a joke? I mean it's a joke right...?

Unless you think the Patriots should limit signings to members of the Vienna Boys Choir, this is the sort of legit questioning that has to be done about some players.

Every situation is different but I think the team doesn't need to get this desperate. Don't need this kind of heat right now...

OK IF and we won't would throw big money at a pass rusher its Jerry Hughes.
My money is that we don't we develop the talent we already have and or draft a pass rusher or trade for say a Morgan or sign a free agent moderately priced think of a Brandon Graham who's a heck of a nice guy I got to meet him but I don't see it happening. We are absolutely going to go for the draft for any defensive talent once we resign Mccourty Revis and hopefully Ayers.
