This is like Colts fans arguing Peyton is better than Brady If both had 1 title. Obviously Brady's accomplishments are a hell of a lot better because of the lack of talent around him unlike Peyton.

Actually, the defenses were just as good.. They were rated 9, 9 and 3 in terms of points allowed in comparison to 8 and 6 for Elway/Shanny.

The Broncos offenses didn't score as nearly many points, but they were still rated #8,4 and 6 in terms of points scored in comparison to the rest of the league..

You realize the OFFENSIVE talent level was not up to par with usual Super bowl teams correct? And there stats are misleading because the AFC was an average at best conference at the time. This is like arguing with Obama.

I feel like BB is the best ever so in that regard nobody is his equal. If you go back to his DC work under Parcels and writing the gameplan to shut down the Bills to shutting down the greatest show on turf to an unprecedented 15 year run of excellence in the salary cap era, to reinventing offenses and defenses around constantly evolving rule changes to enhance player protection and add more scoring, what he has done is completely revolutionary.

That said, Walsh was the best of his era and truly a legendary coach. His coaching tree shaped the NFL landscape for a decade or so following his retirement.
