i don't know if the injures can allow us to go 3-0 in the last 3....but i sure hope they do

Believe. All we can do. After all they have been through this season, they can't give up. They can't quit. Time to put it in overdrive and make a hard push ahead. This team has come to far to not go deep, with injuries or without.

One thing I would add, in 2012 we didn't have gronk involved until the last game. So we know how to win without him. Just think the offense has to go more wr based because we won't have gronk coming back.

And the running game. We have got to get the running game involved, and we've likely got to get Ridley the ball 15+ times to get that done--preferably as a lead back from the first offensive snap.

Agreed. The question is, is there enough time to reinvent the wheel and get rolling with it. While we're not starting at square 1, Brady and co. are still not anywhere near high gear with the WR based passing attack.
The good news is we appear to have very capable WRs with varying skillsets. BB/JM just need to blend them together properly to create mismatches with the players executing.
Do we have enough time to get that to it's apex of potency? As the Zen master said "We'll see".

yeah but those WRs last yr were welker and lloyd..much more experienced than what we had and more importantly our OL was playing well and healthy. Right now the OL is the key .

Amendola and Edelman know what to do. We actually have vereen as a catching threat. I think the offense can roll with 1 thing, having a oline that blocks. Unfortunately I can see Mia giving us fits, and it will rest on Brady having to do another rally.

No, I'm not stuttering:rocker:

We will see. We need that wr attack IMO to succeed.

Yep. This team needs to start playing there best football starting tomorrow. Only 24 quarters of football left, and lets play 24 of them, not 12.

No need to be unrealistic. They need to play well enough to win by 1 point. If that comes from stretches of bad play overcome by good play, no problem.
I will be equally happy tomorrow with a win of 50-49, 3-0 or 50-0.
All that margin of victory really does is impact the level of confidence of fans and really has no true impact on the next game.

True, if a w is posted after each win, I am happy. They just have to break the mold that they have been. It's got to happen soon. We have only played really well for a whole game once. The 1st half of the season was great first half football. So far the second half of the season has been great 2nd half football. Maybe when we hit the playoffs we play great football in both halves lol.

Any chance of saving us all an hour and posting some Cliff notes? :)

you can scroll till the 29th min and listen for the only 2 mins. thats all it is...
in summary king asked eisen what is the story of the season in his opinion and eisen waxes poetic that its peyton manning. they are ging to be #1 seed and teams which he will see in the playoffs are not nearly equipped to beat him like the ravens were last yr. That he needs 6 TDs to break the record which king says he might have by halftime vs SD on thursday. Eisen concurs that manning has been a monster on Thursday night games on NFL network and they would love to have him on their set after the win and how is like michael jordan right now in terms of wanting to win it all etc etc..
All this before the Thursday night game and we know what happened...Both look incredibly stupid :-D. As Reiss says, current media is obsessed with the end game before everything is played out.

hopefully the pats will remember whats on the line for this game and start fast for once...drop 1 of last 3..and bye #1 and maybe #2

Is it weird if I would be much happier with 50-0 than 50-49? Tannehill dropping 49 would be very very concerning...

No. If the dolphins drop 49 on us tomorrow....that's call a 1 and done in playoffs.

No dobson or thompkins...back to being injured as hell on O...:(

Well thats the point, it is a win either way, and the only difference is your optimism.
What happens in that game really has no impact down the road. We are no more likely to win a future game if we win this one by more, it will just make you feel that way.

None of those points would count in that first playoff game, so no.
