I'm disgusted to be a Patriots fan today

if we ...lose to the Colts...the world is going to end ......oh the agony!!!

Why do you think people are worked up? It's worth noting that it detracts from the place at times (i.e. the gamethreads).

It's more annoying than anything else.

i agree with this. i used to enjoy discussing the game on the game threads. But about half way through last year i started to notice unless the score was 45-3 every game player X allowed a completion there fore he should be cut, cut rob gronkowski he fumbled the ball, BB is now past it as a coach (even tho he took our young team to 14-2) and so on. So i just can't go one there anymore, i enjoy discussing the team with people but all the lack of scope in peoples opinions can get you down sometimes.

I get people who are disappointed in our d in the turnovers in the loss, i'm as disappointed as any on this forum it's just i realize 1 loss does not a bad team make.

yeah thats more than annoyed.

Hey folks...

New forum member, and not here to be a troll, i promise... ex-pats fan (used to be a mass resident), and respect the Pats, if for no other reason than they have WAY earned it from any REAL football fan...

Was at the game today, and looked on your forum in AMAZEMENT that anyone could suggest "the NFL has caught up with Belichick", or anything else to that effect.

That game was literally a bounce from going the other way. We're the Bills over here, and losing to us sucks for everyone...but man....talk to me when you've lost 15 in a row to us...i doubt any of us can live that long.... i can't tell you what i'd trade to have your "washed up" coach...

Lastly, read Patriot in NY's post earlier... i think he's spot on in his analysis of what he saw...

You guys will all feel better after you kick some more ass around starting next week...

Just ordered a Gronk jersey! Got pats!

Tough loss, no doubt about it, but better early in the season than late. The D is very much a work in progress an I'm concerned with personnel at safety, but not anywhere else really, just hoping for health.

We attracted a bunch of whining, front running, bandwagon, sunshine Patriot, fans like barnacles since the last decade.

This is the reason and yeah, I'll repost. If Belichick would let up and suck one year like every other team, these whining babies would find a new fad team of the week, but he doesn't.

A winner every year, always in contention, never out of it. Had some good fortune early years in the playoffs, not so much lately, but you sure can't win in the playoffs without making them, we do almost every year.

It's been proposed these coaches are, were, could be better. Ha!

Yeah, exactly. This thread sucks. The Pats had a horrible day, and talking about it makes the OP "disgusted." Ugh.

I'm disgusted to be a Patjew fan today......

I just can't take it anymore....

Now you know how I feel everyday.

I believe this loss will have long term positive effects, by ensuring the team moves away from the Brady-centric Marino offense to a more balanced Super Bowl caliber offense with Ridley more involved.

The current offensive coordinator is Tom Brady. He does what he wants, and Bill O'Brien has no control over him, or enables him. This game would have been over if a wise offensive coordinator, such as Charlie, had understood that up 21-7 a running game was of use for obvious reasons. They could have stampeded this Bills team for 250 yards on the ground, sparing a decimated defense. Instead the game became about something more than "winning"; It became about ego and passing stats, which is flat out bad, non championship caliber football. Brady is on a pass happy power trip. He must be reined in. Until Obrien grows up and makes the running game a more significant part of the offensive game plan instead of an afterthought, this Patriot team will not win a SB.

That's a great thing about this site. I used feel crappy about losses for a few days after but once I discovered this site, the recovery process sped up reading some of these chicken little posts.

100% correct

Rob much <3 for this post! I think the loss is rough, but yeah not just the boards here, but all over "so-called" pat fans are just acting terrible. It was a great game, from day 1 of the season there have been glaring holes in the pats d. they still have the most explosive/experienced offense in the league, its only week 3, BB may beable to twist some schemes around and get the D in shape!

don't let bandwagon fans make you feel bad about the real fans!

I don't know where to start with this post. You honestly believe that not only does Brady call all the plays, but that he calls them to pad his stats? You honestly believe Brady is that type of quarterback?

This is what others in this thread are talking about. The constant knee-jerking is reaching unbelievable levels of stupidity.
