Very pleasant surprise.

But let's not send him to Canton quite yet, or say that he's unstoppable on short-yardage downs.

Huh? This guy is a UDFA. He busted his ass to get to this point.

just saying, i wanted him to start over maroney since he got here

Lawfirm really has shown himself to be the man this year. He is getting great blocking too which should never be underestimated but he really has improved a lot.

I remember listening to that interview on WEEI with Fred Taylor and he said that BJGE had that hunger and desire and hard work ethic. He more or less said that Maroney doesn't have those intangibles. Its just so great to see a guy who was nothing more than a jag when he came here work out so well.

somewhere Logan Mankins weeps.

His Presser is Awesome saying absoultey nothing its fantastic LOL

I like the way he doesn't get all caught up in celebrating when he gets a td. Acts like he's been there before.

I'm assuming it's his job to lose even when Fred Taylor comes back.

Lawfirm took advantage of some nice lanes the o-line provided today. There are always some plays that i see him make with just sheer determination and will which I love.

He isnt the most talented guy not the fastest not the biggest but he continues to churn that butter and produce.

Yea, I noticed that as well. I love his swagger.

I think he wanted to high step it ... but realized he couldn't.

BJGE ran hard. He had open lanes and hit 'em. You really can't ask for anything more. Also loving the fact that they did it in the 4th qtr.

Clock Killin' BJGE!

anyone explain how our oline got killed in the first half in run blocking and turned it around in the 2nd half ?

Just going by replays they seemed to get the TEs more involved in the pull outs but thats just a guess.

Two words.....Alge Crumpler!

If he never catches a pass with this team, it dosen't matter, his contributions are huge

Lawfirm did exactly as was required
Hard hits to the hole in the 4 th quarter
Sealed the deal
That's the way you finish in the NFL

Yes, kudos to Green-Ellis.

I would note that the TOP was 35-25 in favor of the vikings. The rushing yards and rushing attempts were almost exactly even. So, I would call Law Firm clokc-pkilling. HOWEVER, he was as effective as Peterson, which is absoltely awesome.

Halftime adjustments, ????? you know the kind the Pats' coaches don't make.

Always been a fan, but he's getting better and better at running in sync with the O-line and picking the right hole. The combination of Benny and Woodhead has been far, far better than we had any right to expect. Happy to give them both big compliments.

i agree, but why was he not being used in the 1st half? he burned people up in the 2nd half, woodhead was innefective running between the tackles in the 1st

The Patriot's line this year is *very* physical, mostly due to the addition of Gronkowski and Crumpler, a full year of Vollmer over Kaczur, and a healthy Stephen Neal. BJGE is also a punishing runner. They are wearing defenses out by the 4th quarter. Several of the Vikings front seven were gassed to the point of surrender by the 4th quarter.
