Expect? Team should make the AFCCG unless too many key injuries derail them.

Even fully healthy, I don't expect them to win the title or even get to Minnesota. I think they are the best bet, no doubt, but expecting it seems a bit much.

Well the betting currently has them better than a 20% shot to win the super bowl. (odds of 1:4.6)

There are a bunch of other teams with around a 8% to 6% shot (in decreasing order: Cowboys, Packers, Seahawks, Falcons, Raiders, Texans).

So yes, while they are the overwhelming favorites, the betting has them at only about a 50:50 shot to even make the final game.

With what we've accomplished since 2001, anything we get going forward is jimmies on the Jim Dandy.

Passing Peyton's selfish records, which is really all he cared about is one thing. Tying the Steelers 6 rings, to me, is legend. And trust me, I've been on their board, they fear this more than anything. Tommy matching Steeler rings all by himself is their absolute worst nightmare.

I take this any day over Goober's selfish, meaningless QB total records.

I am very confident NE will win the East. IF healthy, the AFCCG should be within reach. Once there, they should have as good a chance as the other three teams.

Anything from now on is icing on the cake for me. If we get a full, entertaining season from Brady on par with what he's done in the past, I'll be more than happy with that.

What a long way we've come, from being the laughingstock of the 1980's, early 1990's to being the object of bitter envy and raging jealousy. From the problem of avoid freezing to metal bleachers to the problem of where to put the 5th banner.

I'm enjoying and relish being a Patriots fan- every moment of it, at this point in time.

They'll do what they set out to do every year: contend to win the Division, be competitive in the playoffs and let the chips fall where they may.

This ain't no Wrecks Ryan or Dan Snyder circus...nobody's promising no Super Bowl to nobody, but everybody knows some other team is going to have to rip it out of the Pats bloody hands if they want to win it.

Works for me as long as BB and the GOAT are running the show.

Way to early.. But my expectations if everyone stays relatively healthy at the very least another AFC Championship appearance. I don't care about records but if the Patriots really wanted to they could make a run at the passing TD single season record.

I honestly think they will be 14-2, but if they are 14-0 with 2 weeks to go I hope they go for another undefeated season.

Makes a change the teams I normally support give false hope back in the U.K looks like I made a great choice when I was 7. Remember it to this day. Just playing madden and saw the patriots, liked their kit and the logo and that was that... 12 years later and it's been one magical ride
