You know the Pats are running up the score, if they don't take a knee in the red zone (second drive.)

What do you think Dallas and Miami fans will say?

At this point, screw them and everyone in our way!

...If we're calling onside kicks when up by 20.

...If we're going for a 2-point conversion on an opening drive TD.

...If we're going for it on 4th and 20 in our side of the field.

...If every member of our linebacking corps has caught, ran or passed for a TD.

...If Cassel play-action fakes to Eckel to throw a deep strike to Kelley Washington.

...If Brady play-action fakes to Eckel to throw a deep strike to Kelley Washington.

Vrable throws a touchdown pass.

TOP 10 SIGNS THE PATRIOTS ARE RUNNING UP THE SCORE:

10. Can't stop scoring now; the other team might score and recover 5 onside kicks in a row.

9. Brady throws last two touchdowns of games lefthanded because his right arm is sore.

8. Punter Chris Hanson included in goal line sets so he has something to do during the games.

7. No huddle offense introduced in order to decrease the time spent on drives.

6. Secret Belichick tape archive has complete archive of Spurrier-era Gators games.

5. FAA rules Patriots offense an airline, creates three-letter IATA codes for the Gillette endzones.

4. Brady plays last drive of game blindfolded, heaves 50 yard jump bombs to Randy Moss for fun.

3. Belichick starts dressing a cheerleader to kick last couple of PATs each game in order to save Gostkowski's leg for the playoffs.

2. Scoreboard operators test the "100" key on their machine during TV timeouts, just in case.

1. The words "December 16th" cause Jets coach Mangini to curl up in a fetal position and whimper.

3. Belichick starts dressing a cheerleader to kick last couple of PATs each game in order to save Gostkowski's leg for the playoffs.

Why go with the unknown commodity? They have Welker for that.

[On the flip side, I could see the Pats doing that . . . except then the holder would run it in against the distracted D. ]
