Burn that #11 please it's like a black cat on Friday the 13th bad luck.

2019 is sickening…

One could say 2018 was abhorrent as well.

Two first round picks. We have a 41 year old disgruntled QB on the last year of his contract. Future 3x NFL MVP, QB Lamar Jackson, inexplicably falls to 31. We pass up on him TWICE.

We draft a fat slow guard at 23 with two SEC wide receiver stars available on the board (Calvin Ridley & DJ Moore).

Then at 31…we draft a running who wasn’t even the best college RB back on his own team!!! (Nick Chubb)

Killed us in the long term. Just horrendous decisions by our draft management team
Spot on!!! It's like all the other 31 teams can draft and develop WRs except us. Although I don't think polk and baker are bust I'm waiting until next season to really just what they are as players. But to your point in 2019 we had Gordon, Jules, Myers, Harry and ANTONIO BROWN!! Had brown worked out we are back in the superbowl Jules even admitted this on GAMES with NAMES. However Harry the draft bust instead we are left with!

Wow! Mayo cleaning house

Wow! Mayo cleaning house
It’s easy to clean house of the “previous regime’s players” (even if same front office, can pawn responsibility off on the big guy making the final decisions).

Let’s see how quickly they move on past Polk and Baker, if they’re still looking the same way in November 2025.

Fire Groh and Wolf. Do not let them ruin another offseason. “You want to get faster? You better get fast guys, and I don’t know many guys out there that are faster than Tyquan,” Groh said on Friday.

WTF do Wolf and Groh have to do with Belichick using a 2nd on Thornton? Ridiculous.

Hey, I'm the captain of the "Pats WR curse club". And TT is it's most recent victim.

But, it can all end with Pop & Boutte '23, and Polk & Baker '24...
IF, big IF, our coaches and system don't act with archaic philosophies and immature dog-house policies.

Coach the young guys, let them play through mistakes, and scheme to their strengths.
Just like you do with rookie QB's.

I’m sure some team will grab him and use him properly.
I’m sure Miami or San Fran can find a good package for him to use the speed.
I don’t get it.
How do we constantly miss at WR.

Simple, really: Bill never valued WRs that highly; therefore he also never bothered to learn how to evaluate them properly. The two children upstairs are now picking-up where their sugar daddy left-off.

I look forward to Bill talking about this draft swing and a miss. Seems to have a lot to say these days about the Pats so let’s hear about this one too
"I feel bad for Thornton. He is not soft and has never been soft. I don't know why they keep cutting all these players I drafted but they were not soft. They were a really tough group of players. Did I say they were not soft?"

You're being generous with James White. The Pats have had many players like him before.
One of the dumbest things ever typed on here. Congrats - takes some doing!
