Police abusing their power is a sad, sad thing.

I saw a video on break.com a couple months ago. A police officer pulls over a kid for nothing and threatens to put him in jail. Sick.

The fact that the officers are still on duty rather than at least being placed on administrative leave makes me wonder if the attitude that this is okay - to beat a person unconcious over traffic violations - comes from much higher in the chain of command in Houston.
