Would You Have Bill Back If:

Would you have Bill back if he agreed to work with a G.M. or G.M. Type like a Scott Pioli (or someone who's a solid evaluator of talent (both Drafting and FA Acquisition's) and who would be responsible for rebuilding the Team/Roster, and bring in a Non-Josh McDaniels/B.O.B new and effective OC (and Offensive Coaching Staff). That Bill just had to be the HC and even be the Classic "Dark Lord of The Sith" B.B. that we came to know and love (and with the understanding that his successor would already be on the new Coaching Staff if that person proves worthy to succeed him). Yes or No? I'm not advocating for one or the other, I'm just curious as to what all of you think on the subject.

This thread belongs in a different forum. It doesn't belong on the main forum.
The Main Forum is exactly where such things are posted. And yet, you don't even use your vast intelligence and omnipotent insight to be helpful and tell me what Forum it belongs in? Moron! Actually, I apologize. Calling you that is an insult to the Moron Community. I'm not one to call people names, but, for you, I'm making an exception. Everyone else on here is participating and giving their take. But, there's always one that needs to try and prove their intellectual superiority (which you in this case clearly lack). Lastly, instead of *****ing and making no relevant contribution, start your own Thread. And by all means, please put it in the appropriate Forum.

I love me some BB. Likely one - if not the - sports figure I’ve enjoyed the very most. Love the attitude, the winning, the quips, the eye rolling…. All of it.

It’s over. He’s gone & I don’t want him back. The team must move onward. He is busy with TV & 20 year olds. It’s over.

The man was doing a reboot. He needed this season to fix the offense. Our owner has made a huge mistake that will be very difficult to recover anytime soon.
In Bill’s last four years, three of them we finished with a worse record than the year before. We were getting worse almost every year.

Man the Bill apologists are out in full force. He sucked both as a GM and HC the past four seasons with the exception of a stretch in 2021. Mayo may be the wrong guy but so was Bill at this stage.

It belongs in the Brady forum. We don't talk about former players or coaches on this website in the main forum. Blame the whiney Belichick fans for that one

Come mods, you established protocol by moving everything Brady to a sub-forum. Time to do the same to Belichick. This main forum is about the Patriots, not Belichick who no longer has anything to do with this team

No thanks.

Juju going off tonight is an example 999 of how the NFL is 90% about the QB.

Bill Belichick got ONE single shot at developing a highly-drafted QB. He admittedly whiffed on that pick, recognized that but wasn’t allowed to get rid of him, and was subsequently kicked to the curb after another terrible season by that QB.

That’s what 20+ years and 6 Super Bowls earns you with this organization and fan base: ONE single shot.

As I’ve said time and time again, the anti-Belichick mafia got what they wanted this past offseason; now they’re truly getting what they deserve.

ahh.. John you are experiencing the remnants of the brady butthurt™ that is left over from the split®, when the board was awash with Brady/Bucs posts... instead of just quietly asking for it to be moved, a public display must be made cuz some just can't let it go (then the complaint will be followed up by casting aspersions at what they term as the Bill Backers) ... it's a tired, trite, well worn page from their playbook at this point.

if the post is moved, its moved, its all good, and is no big deal... Is a good thread asking a worthy question.

Reason #1001
Why we need an azz-clown forum.

no.

Bill the last three years here set this team up so poorly for the future it almost looked malicious.
But hire the guys who worked with (?) him.

Can your left brain function, please?

No they should of just hired someone like Ben Johnson, the current regime being a disaster doesn’t mean moving on from Bill was wrong by the time the team was ready to contender again he’d be 75 years old.

They blew it but not pairing the young qb with a young offensive mind.

I don't think he comes to the Pats this past offseason.
