Content Post Words on things I watched, read & heard II

This has an opening post with good commentary and information, which we definitely recommend reading.
Based on this link from July, he’d become a FA.

Yeah just saw too..

"Gordon posted on Twitter that he "personally asked" the Seahawks to be released, noting that his contract "was expired but still legally binding." Gordon is joining the startup Fan Controlled Football league as a member of the FCF Zappers, where he'll again be a teammate of former Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel, team owner Bob Menery told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Saturday.

Gordon returned to the Seahawks on a one-year deal last offseason, technically making him an unrestricted free agent in 2021."

It really is a pretty pass to watch him throw. Great timing and placement.

He's been great for them. The moves he makes tells me he has the respect of the players and front office. Said it before I'm not rooting for them but happy when he finds success. It's incredibly hard to make it in this league.

Also seems like he's the best of Bill's bunch by far.
Yeah, his last 3 years or so with the Pats I was holding out hope that he could take over for BB when he retired. But it became obvious the timing wouldnt work- Flores was outstanding as DC( and nobody give me any ****t about he wasnt officially named- any dumbasss knows he WAS the DC) and he was going yo get HC offers. He was ready- and you have to take that offer when it comes- unless its only from dysfunctional orgs. You never know- maybe Pats could get him back in a few years.

Never know. I think both teams are probably tier 2 this year. Lot of new faces.

Usually the franchise is all about integrating the player in the team year one. What they like, how they like it, what they expect etc and year two is where they really work on skill set. I suspect this year is all about getting the most out of what we have, seeing where we could improve and make those few changes year two & three.

Priority 1)Add to DL. Find or make sure we have CB1/2. If Gilly is here it's him. If Not we absolutely need another dog in the secondary.

Priority 2)
Keep the OL together add to it in the draft/FA. If we can keep the group together no need to add a big piece. Add speed to the WR corp. We don't need a do it all type. Versatility is great but sometimes a specialist is just what the Dr ordered. Look around the league, draft, trade, fa but get another legit burner.

Jones is on a HOF pace and breaking out the "ghost" move, "touch n go", around the corner.

I gotta tell you, those are 2 really ****ing depressing posts... Our Right side of the OL was a ****ing sh!t show... Shack Mason is so ****ing overrated here it's embarrassing... Also very, Very disappointed in Jonnu Smith's "effort"... Didn't seem to give a sh!t about anything else other than the Look At Me plays, and even then he would've cost his team 3 points if Andrews hadn't pounced on his fumble ... But that's the risk you take when you haven't drafted a decent TE in a ****ing decade and have to rely on over-paid, uncommitted mercenaries...
