Us fans will always remember you as saving our franchise and giving us wonderful years and Superbowls! We are grateful!
Can you explain the future you see after these 6 years of losing football with this one ending the same way. You will chart the fans future and I'd like to hear it from you as our leader.
Thx.
He's a business man. What he says means nothing. What he does means more.
Pioli should hire staff and be in charge of acquiring players.Gives Kraft advice. The Krafts' message should be this:
1) We apologize to our good friend Jerrod for putting him into a position in which he cannot succeed because of the team's poor performance, unaddressed by us, in acquiring players over the last five plus years, because we were lazy and irresponsible in permitting a sloppy, unprofessional hiring process which placed virtually no weight on actual experience or competence in our hires, and because we did not give sufficient weight in hiring the head coach to Jerrod's lack of relevant experience, setting him up for failure.
2) EVERYBODY is fired: the entire front office, the entire coaching staff. Those who wish to to do so may apply for their former jobs in a genuine, merit-based hiring process overseen by Mr. X, an experienced Old Hand in hiring management/coaching staff in NFL settings. If in order to secure an experienced and competent head coach we must grant to that person final say in the hiring of all coaches and of the GM, we will accept such an arrangement.
3) Jerrod Mayo will be given a special position in our organization as "Official Team Sacred Object." His office will be right next to Robert's office, on the door of which shall be written "Owner Emeritus." Neither of them will play any active role in the team's management.
Anything less is just more ********.
Arch is the real deal. We are not going to be in a position to take him but he is as legit as they come.Nothing says Arch is the real deal
We have seen promise with Drake
Not a big Pioli fan here. He could, i suppose serve as an advosir in the hiring process, but the new GM should be the one making personnel decisions, and as soon as the coaching/management team is in place, Pioli should be shown the door.Pioli should hire staff and be in charge of acquiring players.Gives Kraft advice.
If that cheap **** gets on the stick and admits his mistakes, admits he ****ed up coaching and management decisions, then yes, some will be "satisfied.". But what won't satisfy us is more ******** about Mayo's vision and organizational skillsNo matter what he says, will any of you be satisfied? I sincerely doubt it.
