Rex also ran out on the filed which is a penalty that wasn't called. That was clearly a penalty. John Harbaugh received a penalty in the 14 AFCC for doing the same thing when he was crying about the Pats formations.

My guess to why the Refs didn't call a penalty on "Rex the Referee" is that I bet that before the games he is grab ***ing and cracking jokes with the Ref crew making new friends.
