All I keep hearing about Atlanta is "Speed! DEAR GOD, THE SPEED!" They're a dome team. They play on a surface that maximizes speed. They're already as fast as they're going to be.

On the other hand, the outdoor cold weather team gets faster the moment they set foot on the field. This matters.

As great as Brady is in cold/ bad weather, look up his #'s under a dome.
Off the chain. Haven't looked it up lately- but last time I checked, he was the best in the NFL.
