I know this - Tim Tebow in comparison to the rest of the league has a negative Win Above Replacement (WAR). Tom Brady has a positive Win Above Replacement. That is the difference between Tim Tebow and the other top 15 quarterbacks in the NFL.
Potential to do what? Have a pass completion rate over the course of the season over 50%?
no...you fell victim to a classic Joe Kerr trap...I baited you with the first FOAD so I could deliver the second one...fart on a doorknob. It was a J-O-K-E..get it?
try the T Bone...I'll be here all year...:drum:
Why not? Eli finally did after more than 16 starts iirc. You are familiar with him aren't you ?
Trivia Question:
Why did Eli Manning get start #12 and Tim Tebow didn't?
Answer:
Because Tim Tebow is not Eli Manning.
Funniest thing to me is that with all the *****ing and moaning about Tebow supporters, guess who is the only one concerned enough to write up 2 personal blogs here about Tebow ?
Hint: It's not one of us supporters
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Ummm, newsflash Genius, Tebow has started more than 12 games.
Nice try though cupcake.
In a single season? Ahhh - thats' right. He has never begun a season as a starting quarterback now has he?
Ok -
Trivia Question:
What is the difference between Eli Manning and Tim Tebow?
Answer:
Eli Manning has always been a starting quarterback while Tim Tebow has NEVER started a season as a starting quarterback.
Wrong again cupcake. Eli took over in his first season for Kurt Warner.
Tell ya what, why don't you send out a PM or something if and when you know what you are talking about ???
Hey Mrs. Cupcake - What is the difference between Eli Manning and Tim Tebow?
Eli Manning was the starter of his team in his 2nd year and Tim Tebow wasn't.
In fact - Eli Manning has been the starter of his team and has led teams to win two Super Bowls.
Tim Tebow has won ONE playoff game and you are trying to make an argument, as foolish as it is, that Tim Tebow could succeed like Eli Manning.
Actually Sunshine, if you understood the fundamentals of logic, you would know that it's possible that Tebow could succeed like Manning. See, you hung your hat on that sub 50% comp %.
Manning is living proof that even if you pass for under 50% in your first extended starts, it's still possible to develop and go on to being a great QB in the NFL.
It's what's known as a precedent.
That's strike 3 on 3 straight pitches Sunshine.
You are about as bright as a dim bulb, you do know that right?
You just made 3 statements in a row that were woefully incorrect and now you want to comment on how bright I am ?
That's farking hilarious.
Here is what is hilarious.
1 - You comparing Tim Tebow to Eli Manning.
2 - You have been on this website since 5 AM yesterday morning.
I've been on and off of this website throughout the day. I work for myself, so I can do that.
As for Eli, I made the comparison again because you have always been hung up on the "sub 50% comp%", so the comparison is on point.
BTW, do you know how many games Eli started BEFORE he actually made it to his 1st playoff game ?
Do you know how many games Eli started BEFORE he made it to his 2nd playoff game ?
Do you know how many games Eli started BEFORE he won his 1st playoff game ?
