Who's the worst team in the NFL?

I ask for 2 reasons. 1st i am curious what you all thing and 2nd, i want a team for Madden. I just went 18 and 2 with the Pats and it was too easy with all the weopans.

The 3 teams i can think of are the Packers, Raiders and the Lions.

What's weird is it that the AFC is supposed to be so dominate but it seems to be mostly AFC teams being brought up in this thread.
