Simple question, but feel free to explain or elaborate.

to avoid any jinxing...i will reply with what bb said once.."i root for the patriots"...Lets win our game first..otherwise dont really care for the other team

Giants. I want a SB, and I want it to be a revenge game.

49ers so I don't become a mental patient for 2 weeks.

Fair enough but to be clear, I didn't mean to imply I am assuming anything.

The NFC Championship is going to be played regardless of what happens in the AFC Championship.

Revenge Samenge...

I'd rather play Alex Smith than baby brother who seems as though he's been sprinkled with fairy dust.

49ers. Out of the other 3 teams, I am fine if 49ers win it. There's no way I'd want the Ravens or Giants to win it.

I'll be rooting for the 49ers. It's not that I necessarily think they are the better matchup for the Pats (if they are fortunate enough to make themselves), but I prefer DIFFERENT matchups. Each year I prefer the Patriots play against a different team in the Super Bowl.

Hate the Giants, like the 49ers as I used to live there. go 49ers, nothing would be better than seeing Brady eclipse Montana's play-off wins record in a Super Bowl win over the 49ers

Nice counter

49ers because I DO NOT want to see any highlights of the TGTSNBM because I've tried to forget that game and that's all we will hear those 2 weeks if/when we get there.

I couldn't stand the 2 weeks of 2007 replays if it turns out to be a Pats Giants replay.

I'm not assuming anything, I am just saying 'if'.

torn,torn,torn-want to beat the giants to forget 07, but they are playing like o7 and don't want to run into that buzzsaw again. think the 49ers can be beat, but we haven't played them this year so you never know what can happen. either way if we beat the ravens i'll be nervous for two weeks- thank god for blood pressure medicine!!!

revenge!!!!!!!!!!!

49ers. One, I think we match up better with them (assuming we're healthy), and as others have said I don't want to spend two weeks reliving 2007.

Giants, but only for vengeance sake.

The patchick emotional equation:

÷ 2 = my feelings precisely.

If we win on Sunday, I'll root for the Giants. If we lose, then I don't care.

The 49ers. I don't think Alex Smith has got 2 games like Saturdays in him!
