Alot of folks around here blasted Seymour for not playing at the same level after he signed his contract, as he did leading up to the big contract. I was one of them.
I'd be curious to know who thinks it was because of all the injuries, who thinks it was because once he got the contract he didn't play as hard, and who think it was something else?
Last year the stats came back, but I for one am fine with this trade. He would be unsignable after the season. He's coming into his 9th season. He's often hurt, and I'd rather put the money towards Brady and Wilfolk.
