Rooting for the Bills. although the Bills mafia will be intolerable if they win, it will drop the Eagles to 1-4 in Super Bowls and I won't have to listen to their fan base for the next year....
Although if the Bills lose to the Eagles, it will complete a unique quadrifecta. the Bills will then have lost to all 4 teams in the NFC East in the Super Bowl!

I would say the asteroid, but some of these teams have free agents that I want the Pats to potentially get. So maybe if it is a smart asteroid that spares certain players.

I was going to post a new thread. I will use this.

If Mahomes gets the threepeat, how can he not be considered the GOAT QB? The Chiefs would be the greatest NFL dynasty ever too.

1. A threepeat is unprecedented
2. Impeccable postseason stats
3. Likely 4 SB MVP's

He has only been defeated by two HOF QB's (Burrow will make it) in the postseason.

Did all this in 7 years. Undoubtedly more to come.

The points against him would be 7>4 SB titles for Brady. And..Brady beat him twice in the postseason.

At some point, counting SB titles may not be enough to ignore Mahomes' dominance.

I'm just trying to bring up a healthy discussion. Brady is the GOAT and it's still debatable.

What do you think if Mahomes wins #4?

Bills won't get lucky bounces (or drops) playing the Chiefs. If that was Kelce that dropped the 2pt pass, the refs would have called some late penalty against the snow for being too slippery.
Prepare to be existentially livid with how bad the NFL will try to skew this game to the Chiefs.
I hope the Bills dominate so much, that even the Cheats can't steal it.

Yes, the Chiefs would go down as the best dynasty. And Mahomes would be in the top 3 discussion all time.
But, wait until he plays 15 years before ever discussing GOAT arguments. Who knows, the Chiefs could fall apart after this, or he could get hurt and retire after just 10-12 years. It's crazy to talk about that stuff when the guy is just 7 seasons in.

Chiefs rarely lose by more than one possession. It's crazy how they don't lay complete eggs in the postseason. No turnovers. SB 55 they had no OL.

So...the refs will definitely be a factor. The Bills owner may want to call the league ahead of time and raise the issue.

He's already surpassed Montana and taken # 2 w/o question IF he wins # 4. Jmo. I don't know how he can't be above him.

Mike Greenberg, Sharpe, Stephen A, Kellerman, Chiefs message board. All these guys have said he's GOAT. Not that they are right.

It's all subjective anyways. There's no correct answer I guess.

Greatest dynasty- nah the Steelers won back to back twice and 4 in 6 years and the Pats won 3 in 4 then 3 in 5 with the same coach and QB and had a consistent run of excellence of 19 years... that is unprecedented.

Mahomes is up there but he's still got a long way to go before catching Brady imo. 7>4 and beaten twice by Brady is true and his SB passer rating is kinda meh (85) so that takes a bit of the shine off a threepeat as a QB accomplishment instead of a team accomplishment... and does Mahomes have a signature moment that will be remembered decades from now like the 28-3 comeback or slicing up a generational defense when it mattered most like in SB49?

Bills

I want Josh Allen to get his ring so people can stop trying to debate Brady vs Mahomes and start debating Mahomes vs Allen. He has no contemporary worthy of debating with yet.

Other reasons. Only team left without a ring, their fanbase has been loyal and passionate despite years of ****, Josh Allen seems like a standup guy (and grew up a Pats fan) and despite being in our divison I have 0 hatred towards them as I mostly affiliate them with being a free win for nearly 20 years of my life.

That said, anyone but the Chiefs and I'm good. Bills win will piss off their fanbase the most though.

The AFC is tough as I can’t stand both the Bills and Chiefs. I’m going to have to go with the Bills.

Eagles for sure in in the NFC. Commanders have too many no names.

I was hoping for a Bill's, Lions super Bowl, that way one team would have won their first. Lions killed their chance with turnovers, same as Baltimore.

ROFL. They would haven't even sniffed the playoffs without the NFLs help. Period. That team is on life support.

This Chiefs stuff is pure trash. Manufactured "dynasty". Most NFL fans, pundits etc are now seeing it firsthand after that joke of a game.

It's not in the Patriots interest for The Bills to get over the hump and finally feel like they are top dogs. Allen and McDermott will be there for the next 5-10 years at least if that happens and it will be like being in the same division as the 2000's Colts or Steelers. You're just establishing that they are for real and not a roadblock for the other teams.

Also we know the fanbase, they will be unbearable once they have a SB more recently than the Pats.

Washington is the team. They are young, out of the division and conference, a rookie winning a SB is a new story for the NFL, the Commanders have new ownership and the franchise being rewarded for ditching Snyder would be nice karma.
Commanders would lose badly to KC. Spags would have Daniels’ head spinning in all directions and in the mental ward after the game. Eagles at least have been there before and New Orleans won’t have a slippery field like Arizona does.

Jesus, Mary and … ray lewis ?
I'd rather see eagles win it. I like what saquon has done to revitalize the importance of the RB..

What do you think if Mahomes wins #4? Number one, GB has won 3 titles in a row so it wouldn’t be unprecedented. Number two concerning GOAT status it hurts Pat that he’s being carried by the defense and coaches for 2 years running. He’s been mid as hell.

Nah, Midhomes has been carried by his defense and coaches the past two years. GB also won 3 titles in a row so it wouldn’t be unprecedented.

Now to Midhomes vs Brady. Brady is still ahead on rings and other various accomplishments. He’s still way ahead in career passing yards, TD passes etc. His playoff stats and SB performances still dwarf Midhomes (Pat is pedestrian in super bowls). Brady has an undefeated reg season, unanimous MVP and won in his first year with another team proving he could be great away from New England (and in his mid-40s). The 2 head-to-head wins in the playoffs also hurts Midhomes.

Lastly the refs angle is starting to take hold of the narrative and denting his legacy further.

It might be in our self interest to have the Bills get one, just because sustained excellence is so hard after a SB win.
Heart is with DC though.
The Bills for some reason have been underestimated on offense. People are looking at gawdy yardage numbers and passing TDs when they judge offenses.

Meanwhile the Bills have put together a historic season on offense, 32 rushing TDs to go with Josh Allen's numbers. This is one of the best offenses we've ever seen.

And the fact they are doing it without quick strike talent is more impressive simply because it means they are able to sustain drives unlike teams whose top players are shut down way downfield.

Ben Johnson and Bobby Slowik get a lot of credit for their explosive offenses but you see what happens to them when things don't go as planned.

Joe Brady may be the most underrated OC who deserves a HC job this year, and that will be a huge setback if he leaves Buffalo this year.

The difference between Joe Brady and Ken Dorsey is massive.

Brady had Manning to contend with. Who does Mahomes have?

Of the remaining options, Commanders of course

Assuming Philly takes them down and there's only hated teams left - Bills, followed by Philly then KC last
