Who has the best year of the #81 club?

#81 looks to be the number of most talented group of receivers from all receiver numbers in general...

I hate to say this but the way that T.O. is going quietly about his business in TC for the first time in ages and looks at least so far as if he respects Wade more than any other coach he has played for means a monster year for him IMO,Plus I think Romo will have a great season as well for the Cowpokes.

I hope you are right..But I will give an edge to T.O. if he stays injury free..Not to mention that if Glenn is injury prone again as he is already, it helps T.O.'s cause for more yards this season.

You have to go T.O. Romo fed him the football much more than Drew did and Owens did play last season with a broken hand.

If we're just talking TDs, maybe Moss has the best season. He and Tom seem to be clicking on the deep passes. However, if we're talking about the combination of catches, yards and TDs, I honestly hope Moss doesn't have the best season. We have too many quality pass catchers on this team at multiple positions for Moss to see that many passes. IMO it would mean we have been hit hard by injuries and Moss is one of the only WRs we have left or a lot of players have disappointed and Moss is one of the only players Brady trusts. Either way, bad for us.

I went with Holt. As much as I love Moss, I'm not a homer. Bulger and Holt are a pretty good combo. However, I think Moss is in for a huge season and will make the pro bowl.

I think Calvin is going to be a great one someday but for him to have the most successful "#81" season, he would need to have one of the greatest rookie seasons ever. (since we expect T.O. and/or Moss to have great years) Roy Williams is still a very good one so I don't know how many throws Calvin will get.

My fellow homers. I am as excited as all of you about Randy Moss' arrival in New England, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. Randy Moss is not going to outperform Torry Holt. He hasn't in 4 years. The offense is not built for that kind of production to come out of one play. Moss will catch 60 something balls for 1000 yards and 8-10 TDs. Nifty numbers indeed, but he will not statistically be a top 10 or maybe even top 20 WR. That's just how things work around here.

Holt is the go to guy for the Rams, especially as Bruce ages.

Brady spreads it around too much, for even a guy like Randy to get them all...

love or no love there is absolutely no way you can predict Calvin Johnson to have a better season than ALL of the follwing: TO, T. Holt, R.Moss.

It just won't happen.

I agree with the statement that Moss will have the best year since he will be the one with a wing when all is said and done. But if we are talking purely from a statistical standpoint, gotta go with T.O.

I think it is a very real possibility that Moss could have the best year of the aformentioned 81's. Let's not forget, folks, that Meion caught 78 balls back in '05, despite there being a very good group of pass-catchers around him. I think we can all agree that Moss is a more talented player, and if all the hooplah about the chemistry between him and Brady is true, he could easily catch 75 balls in this offense. Coupled with a very good avg. per, and he could top 1100 yards. With double digit TDs (and hopefully a ring), that would be a phenomenal year.

With that being said, I'd have to go with Holt.
