Hope that happens sooner than later....alot of guys talking about..."Hey let cassel come in and play the first couple of games while Tommy heals".......Are they crazy? This is exactly why the QB backup position MEANS SOMETHING here in NE......god forbid something is wrong with Tom's foot and Cassel has to start.........I for one, agree with you that Gutz would be better than Cassel.........neither is ideal I guess from all reports......But bringing in a vet backup now wouldn't be a bad idea....
I don't think Brady's foot is that big a deal though.....but this "scare" should get Pioli and BB thinking of a better option than Matty Cassel....
