Whens the coin toss??

I was just on patriots.com and they put the draft order up. They still have Tampa and Cleveland subject to coin flip. So I was wondering when is the coin toss? and why havent they done it already?

If i were a fan of those teams I would want to know, and it would tick me off not to know.
