When Does the Draft Usually End ?

I know Sunday goes way faster than Saturday. Is it usually over by 5pm eastern on Sunday ? Or 6pm ? The local fair has coincided with the draft this year - I usually take the kids on Saturday afternoon but Sunday would be fine and I'm hoping to be able to leave the house at 2 or 3pm (pacific) with the draft complete. Will this work out or will I be walking around the fair wondering what we did in the 7th round ?

Saturday usually ends at 10pm ET.
Sunday ends between 5-6pm ET.
