Collins and Hightower are almost criminally underrated by most fans and media

Given these player's physical abilities, I wonder why more teams have not used this approach in blocking field goals. Is it a risk of potential injury? Or just too likely to jump offsides?

Also, why on earth didn't the Panthers adjust or something? I would have put someone underneath to flip the jumper into a faceplant on the turf.
