What's your confidence in Gostkowski?

On a scale from 1-10 I am at a 6 ( barely).

8. He proved himself last year and is 7-8 this year.

really 8 or so...he's fine..getting used to a new holder this year..never easy.

I see where this is headed: one camp of fans say he was perfect in the playoffs last year, the other camp of fans say he has had more kicks blocked than Adam over a six year stretch,.....

I stand undecided

I'd put myself at a solid 6 right now.

Unfortunately, my baseline is a little high after watching "he who will be nameless" for a few years.

The nameless one had us spoiled for long time in the confidence department.

Gostkowski is adequate. His strong kickoffs are truly a plus.

Gost is no Vinatieri, but I wouldn't say he's half bad. My confidence in him is fine as long as he's not kicking from 48+, although Belichick apparently doesn't have much confidence in him from that range either.
