First, I think the Bills will need a cold, blustery night, which they probably will have. The Pats are obviously used to northeast weather, but it does tend to be an equalizer to a degree. Then, Buffalo will have to try and shorten the game to limit the Pats' opportunities. While it's clearly untrue that the Pats can't run the ball, I don't think it's a done deal that Maroney can do it on his own--I do think Morris is missed.
The loss of Lynch does hurt the Bills. Regardless of weather, the Pats will put up a minimum of mid-20's, and likely closer to the season norm of about 40. But the Bills will have to score close to 30 at a minimum. To do that, I think they'll need a TD on defense and special teams, and then hope Losman can produce at least a couple of scores. Bottom line, it's a long shot. My guess would be Pats, 34-13.
