It is suppose to accept credit cards without Pay Pal. The only problem is if you had a Pay Pal account and didn't cancel it, then it might will refer you to Pay Pal. I had that problem.

I don't know if there is an address to mail checks.

For those who can't get PayPal to work (I've only heard of one instance) you can PM me for an address if you have any issues.
