If both Rey Maualuga, ILB, USC and James Laurinaitis, ILB, Ohio State declared to go in this past draft, would the Pats would of selected either of them over Mayo?

Laurinits is kind of overrated, but right now Rey is the top prospect for the 09 draft, so yea I'd like to think the Pats would have gone after him if he was available.
