What happened to Sheard?

I like Sheard but maybe he shouldn't be a full time player. If they are comfortable with Flowers, then let Sheard spell him and maybe he will be more effective coming in fresh like that.

Bingo...contract talks not going well...Sheard is more interested in finishing the year healthy than with good stats...happens all the time...
