What free agents do you think the Patriots will sign?

All set with injury prone Talib. Can't we trade up and draft D. Dennard and pair him with A. Dennard and L. Ryan as our top three corners? Sign Arthur Jones so he can play with his bro, bring back Edelman and give Nicks a one year incentive laden deal.

DONE!

Don't forget Brock Vereen!

I think they should have a look at TJ Ward. Unfortunately Denver is apparently the favorite to land him.

I'm not sure why denver thanks they have a shot at the Super Bowl. A loss like they had will set the team back 10 years....

TJ Ward
Talib
Revis
Browner

^ 2 of those and I'd be happy

Also:

Scott Chandler at TE
Jared Allen at DE
Edelman at WR
Collie at WR
Blount or McFadden at RB
Dietrich-Smith at G/C

I love Wilfork but I'd like to see us cut him or have him restructure and avoid that big cap hit of his

Also would like to see Ridley traded. Like him, but fumbles make me nervous and I doubt he'll be coming back anyway.

I would be about 67% fine with that, I think.
By releasing Wilfork, Bill might have enough $$$ to sign a couple of higher-tier UFAs
like maybe Arthur Jones & Jared Allen...
…and finally find a vet WR who can help out, like maybe Jason Avant…
…a TE good enough to maybe start the season as the #1, like Andrew Quarless…
…Will Svitek (or a reasonable facsimile thereof) at Swing Tackle…
…and a C/G upgrade from Wendy who can spell both Connolly at Center & Cannon or
a draft pick at RG, like Ted Larsen (again).
nah, with Edelman and Talib, those guys would be luxuries. Cheaper (more risky) guys can be found in the draft for those roles.

We can't fill all of our holes with draft picks; we don't have enough of them.

Understand that free agency hasn't started yet. We will ahve more than FIVE months of free agency starting tomorrow.

Bill Belichick does his shopping at "Dollar General".

Maybe that's because the times he has shelled out big contracts to UFAs from other teams he's almost always gotten burned. In fact, that seems to be the typical experience around the league.

Darrelle Revis 5-years $52,500,000
Julian Edelman 5-years $25,000,000
Arthur Jones 5-years $21,250,000
Julius Peppers 2-years $9,000,000
Scott Chandler 3-years $5,700,000
Wesley Woodyard 3-years $5,000,000
LeGarrette Blount 2-years $3,000,000
Sidney Rice 1-year $2,000,000
Ed Reed 1-year $1,000,000
Will Svitek 1-year $955,000
Phil Costa 1-year $850,000
Eben Britton 1-year $765,000
Vaughn Martin 1-year $765,000
Kenny Britt 1-year $765,000
Dane Fletcher 1-year $765,000

I would like us to go after another receiver on a 1 year deal. perhaps Steve Smith, or Hakeem Nicks...low risk high reward type players.
