What does the double colored box under post count mean?

I see some members have a double colored square under their post count vs. most of us having a single one. What does the double square mean?

What do you mean by that? Once you get to a certain number of points, a second box pops up?

Yeah, if you click the scales on the posts it gives you the option of approve/disapprove and you can put comments on it. Enough disapproval and the green turns red. On another board I have 11 green dots (9536 points).
