When he fell to the Steelers in the draft, I thought it was a gift, as I expected him to go in the top 10. He's surpassed the other "franchise" QBs in the draft, Manning and Rivers, with ease. His early success was due to having a great team around him; yet, he didn't understand the game as much as he does now. He's still learning, but he's resilient and poised. Expect him to have a long career as a top 5 QB in the NFL and will always be a candidate for post season success as long as they can keep good players around him.
