Using some red is fine, but having the main jersey being mostly red is what I'm talking about, yes because of the red coats...I don't really think it's over thinking it...its common sense to me... Kind of like if the Red Sox came out with a uniform with pinstripes...its the calling card of our enemy.

First thought I had was the Buffalo Bills. If you got to go futuristic and I have no problem with that.

1- I would try to make the old red pat the patriot uniform a bit more refined and use that as one. Something like this but with pat the patriot as helmet.
