Thanks to that video I'm fairly certain everyone in my gym now thinks I'm a massive jagon. Nothing like bouncing around on your toes shaking your head and chanting the chorus between sets to convince everyone you're an idiot.

Yeah, It pumped me up too, but my workouts consist of shoveling the sludge off my driveway and moving whatever the wife directs me to. She's a huge fan so I told her do it today cause I'm not availeable next sunday. That bought me a nice kick in the shins.
