I imagine that was said in jest. They were sold on him long before thatThat’s a cute little anecdote and headline. If knocking a 50 year old coach over in a blocking drill is truly what sold them on him or even had any impact at all then fire every single person involved with the decision because they’re morons.
I agree that rookie OLs tend to not do well in their 1st season, but honestly I think that will still be better than Lowe imo. Lowe was not the worst performer on the OL and every position has been upgraded. Owenu will perform better with MoMo next to him and a competent Center.Try to keep up. I said that if he ends up an average tackle long term, he will likely be below average as a rookie because that’s a normal career progression. So that arbitrary #16 number you pulled out of your ass is too high. Going forward, please try to use reading comprehension when your respond. It’s not a race, so you need to take a little longer to digest the words you’re reading it’s ok. It will make for better discussion that way.

You must have a 33 inch neck lol
Imagine
Penei Sewell has 33 1/4” arms
Rashawn Slater has 33” arms
Vederion Lowe has 35 1/2” arms
Enough with the measurable’s
Just show me the fking tape

the OL will now be Campbell-strange/robinson, Bradbury, Owenu, MoMo or Lowe-rookie robinson- Brown, Owenu, Jacobs
I feel like that has been a pretty big upgrade. This does not include the significant upgrade with the OL coach and OC that is one of the best OCs in the NFL.
The WR group are not world beaters, but I argue that the addition of a good OC already makes the WR room better.
