Stroud looks like he's back on track after a rough Vikings game.

Collins has an injured hammy from today, not sure what this means for next week.

Pats are obviously looking for a moral victory somewhere. Hey they won't lose tomorrow so chalk up another moral W?

Pats are now on a 7 game home losing streak. Didn't seem that long ago when the Broncos admitted they didn't want to play in Foxboro in the playoffs...

Unless something crazy happens we’re looking at 1-5. Nico Collins is unlikely to play after re-aggravating his hammy which helps, but yeah still a loss whether he plays or not.

Those were the days. It used to be an automatic win as Bill would have them prepared, the crowd was loud and it had that mystique for opposing teams that they didn’t have a chance.

If no Collins then we probably get to see a lot more of Stefon Diggs again. Yay for us.

As an optimist, we have no chance in this one. As will be the case going against any good team with brissett. Id just like to see better defense, at least peppers should be back.

If this new OL combo shows more improvement thatd be great too.

It’s time to bring back the joke “how’s the weather for Sunday?”

The line although not good, settled in for the 2nd half and looked decent at times. If they continue to get healthy and are able to get some continuity, the QB imo is the bigger problem.

I'm an optimist too. But its pretty difficult being one at the moment. (sighs)

Well, cheer up boys... Going to bet heavy on the Texans this week so there should be hope that we can pull it out... For them to cover the spread, the overs on all the property bets, etc... still don't fully understand the money line, but that too...

It's a Costanza thing, ya know?

That's right that 52-10 playoff game who can forget. I saw on patriots CLNS media that most of the red seats were empty in yesterday's game.. fans started exiting with 3 minutes left as well. There is really nothing really to watch for about this team other than Drake. Another home loss dropping to 1-5.

If a complete bum like Huntly can put up 200 yards on us I suspect we could be in for a long afternoon.

There is little chance we will win, of course, but then I don't think many even at the beginning of the season would have predicted a win this week.

My frustration is that the team is at this point so utterly dysfunctional that we cannot even accomplish a losing effort in which we can develop and evaluate the roster, so that there is almost literally no point in playing the game. A forfeit would be every bit as useful as such a loss, maybe better, since at least no one is gonna get hurt playing the game. This is hyperbole, of course, (thought to a shockingly slight degree) - the team probably oughta at least show up - but how in the world can a team get to be this bad? I knew it was gonna be rough this year, but this??
