Not sure why he was ever a reciever because he can’t really catch or run routes and he’s not very coordinated. But, he’s a beast with the ball.

I think its about matchups. tomlin didnt have to go through brady to win for e.g. In a loaded nfc with packers,seahawks etc matchups will be crucial for tampa.

His receivers were utter trash. The problems last year were not on Brady. We were trying to tell you this, but you wouldn’t have it. Here’s some advice- whenever you’re about to complain about some problem on the Pats, real or perceived, take the exact opposite side of the matter. You’ll start being right.

This plus he kinda knew it was his last yr. once the personnel and performance started to go south , it never picked up. We would never lose a HFA game vs miami at home for e.g.
