Where is everyone? Wake the fcuk up it's gameday. Go Pats!!!
I was without internet/tv since Thursday night, coax line was cut by a neighbour 2 doors down cutting his grass. I was super panicked, but tech came this morning and got a temp line setup.
Phew.....I can't miss Pat's games, I would be beside myself!!!

I dislike AR not only as a person, but also as a player. PIT should be favoured, but AR losing is always a delight. One of the most overrated players in league history.
Don't agree with the overrated part.
Imagine Rodgers was here during his glory years, you think he has only 1 SB?
I don't like/dislike him, but he certainly is an odd duck.
I do however wish him much ill will today!

Last year Rodgers carved up the pats pretty good at Meadowlands when he was with Jets.

Mark my words.

If the Patriots are able to score more points than the Steelers they should be able to win.

Typically when they lose, they fail to follow that game plan.

He racks up regular season stats and is the reason for playoff failures more often than not. His one SB was much more about his D and supporting cast than he. I’d argue that in many years, the talent in GB was superior to that of the Patriots & that Brady could’ve / would’ve won a minimum of three SBs with AR’s teams in GB.

To quote Mike Mcdaniel, "to win the game, you have to win the game. You can't lose the game"

My neighbour would’ve carved up the 2024 Pats. That said - this team has issues as well.

You can make that argument.
I can make the argument that he played under Belichick and not McCarthy, he would have more SBs.
I have no dog in this fight, so I don't really care one way or the other, but I don't think he's overrated. You do. It's all good, can't always agree.

And one of the most universally disliked

Rodgers had a winning record in the past season 12-10 and in his 10 losses his team allowed an average of 33.5 ppg.
In those 10 he put up an average of 23.5 and was 0-10

Pretty hard to call him the reason for the losses.

That game was so weird.

After looking old and immobile up to that point, he suddenly found the fountain of youth just for that game and was running all over the place like he was 28 again.

Then he never did it again after that and reverted to being old and slow the rest of the season.

We had a Top 5 defense when we won the SB in 2010. Lots of our playoff failures were poor Defense, Poor special teams and WRs drooping passes at the wrong time.
