Yes! Agreed! We have the ability on this defensive front to pressure Rodgers.. if gonzo plays even better that takes away DK.. the main part of any defensive front is the ability to pressure the QB.. we do that.. and lead the league in sacks..

Oh, same here.. LOL.. I still have to watch it's become a part of my Sundays... I really like the 1pm games.. I hate late games... I'm up early for work... wish thar Buffalo game was a 4pm instead of 8... but looking ahead if we can get these next few games.. that allows us to absorb the loss to Buffalo coming up.

There is a big difference between the 2 teams.

Steelers fan are serious. They have the same underperforming Head Coach completing his 2nd decade. Ownership shows no signs of making a change. They have no QB of the future and for that very reason alone the 2026 draft cant come soon enough because QB should be the Steelers very 1st pick. Also, something is very wrong with the Pitt defense and they have no run game.

Patriots draft talk has been more out of frustration at the lack of progress. Particularly with Maye who had not looked good until Miami. We finally saw signs of the kind of QB Maye could become. The NE pass defense is just giving up too many big plays. So, of course Gonzalez gets criticized for not being out there and has received talk about being replaced.

You can tell me its the same, but it is not. Pats fans see an upside this season and a light at the end of a dark period in Pats football and Steeler fans see more of the same results.

Folks here unironically compared Drake to Zach Wilson. I guess this goes to the point that comments following a loss on a fan site have little bearing on reality

I disagree. He averages 15 sacks a season. What is overrated is only having one star player and the rest of the defense is trash. They've never had a good defense since he was drafted.

Hayward has been a good player for a long time. Highsmith is a good second rusher. They’ve had other decent guys inside (Tuitt…etc). So the rest of the defense, especially Dline who would help him, have not been trash.

All that said, I do agree with you that he definitely is not overrated. He’s a fantastic player, top 2-3 edge guy over the last decade.

He is in his 9th season however, and hasn’t had a sack in his last 5 games, perhaps age is catching up to him.
