Week 2: Patriots vs Jets

Playing Edelman in the slot has nothing to do with Dobson and everything to do with Amendola not being healthy. I could see us alternating between Edelman and Boyce at the Z and Slot but I think Boyce is more suited as a Z receiver given his speed. This is also Boyce's first year in the NFL so keeping him at the Z and off the line of scrimmage might help with avoiding alignment penalties.

As for the game....

This is one of those games (and may be one of those seasons early on) where the Defense needs to win the game for them.

It has the feel of a 17-13 type of game that we used to be accustomed to seeing back in the SB days......

One thing is for sure. If the D cannot step up and hold down the Jets, then it isn't happening. Same goes for the Bucs.

Really lucked out by not starting with some of the other teams on the schedule!
