Week 16 Bills/Patriots. Will it be Played Saturday or Sunday ?

I am thinking it will be a Saturday game.

What time will they play it though ?
I think there is a 1PM Saturday game this year as they will flex 3 games to Saturday. That time will blow.

Rams/49ers Maybe @8 ?

Official decision by end of week 8.
