One day a week has turned into more as center Matt Paradis is being held out of Broncos practice for second consecutive day and is not participating Thursday. Coach Gary Kubiak had originally hoped one rest day a week would be enough for Paradis' hip troubles. Linebacker Todd Davis was working with trainers off to the side and linebacker Brandon Marshall was not practicing.

Gotta love Mitchell's huge hands -- 10 1/2inches, nearly as big as Gronk's. IMO that's an undervalued trait in receivers (and QBs, for that matter).

Huge hands, above average speed, lots of burst (broad jump), arms long enough to play bigger than his size. Kinda reminds me of a more extreme/specialized Sammy Watkins. I'm totally on board with your priority re: hand size. Modern gloves make it a borderline unfair advantage; if you slap that material on huge hands, you're borderline playing tennis after a certain point. For some receivers, giant hands is basically all they have and that's still enough to be very effective:
