Nope! The most he has ever had is 287 yards against Vegas in week 1. Ironically, it is only one of two games this season where he didn't have a pass of 30 yards or longer.

This is just another game. Another challenge, another chance for Vrabel to teach the kids and build the team.

Winning on a short week while banged up and avoiding a let-down after a big road win is just another test in forging the team.

That's the way Buffalo treated Miami. How did that work out?

First off, I believe Thursday night games should be reserved only for two teams coming off a bye. Even that might not make it more entertaining. The games suck. Go back to Sun-Mon & a few Saturdays to end the year. The NFL won't hurt for cash.

I will say 27-17 Patriots. Any other day, it would be a worse beating. But Thursday games cause sloppiness for most teams.

Buffalo was a Bye week for us too and we still won. Not worried.

Seriously, embrace the challenge. Use whatever it is to forge the team. Injuries, short week, bad weather, road trips, trap game, whatever.

Cannot control outside factors, can control how the team deals with them.

Twin: I'm hearing Steven A say the Patriots have Three Bye-Weeks opponents coming up.

Steven A is an idiot who doesn't study anything seriously anymore. This Jets game is not a bye. They could go either way right now. They have nothing to lose and the Patriots might be riding a little high in the saddle.

The Jets defense still has lots of tough guys who understand the Patriots are more one-dimensional now. The Jets offense is averaging 21 points/game and would be higher except for two outliers where they scored 11 points or fewer. They scored 38 and 27 points the past two weeks against the Bengals and Browns.

It will be interesting to see if the Jets are tanking in week 11. I doubt it unless the substitutions look like a pre-season game for the management to get a better look at what some guys can do,

Didn't expect to hear anything about Boutte and Rham on this short week. The fact that we have is very interesting.
