What's the deal with WEEI and now apparently 98.5 talking over or playing randon sound clips over Belichick's press conferences? I get it....Belichick doesn't say anything significant during these things. But we're just over a week away from the Super Bowl and I have to listen to WEEI talking about Mary Tyler Moore and Mike Francesa over Belichick. I switch over to 98.5 and they're basically doing the same thing. Playing sound clips of Matthew Slater and other random crap. I'd rather just listen to Belichick say nothing than listen to the annoying crap they've been doing on both stations. Rant over...

Please tell me they are doing 'boing' and 'quack' and some lazer sounds.

Doesn't help me when I'm looking for something to listen to during my commute.
The Patriots app seems to get most of the content of patriots.com uploaded pretty quickly. I use it on my commute to watch Belichick Breakdowns, etc.

Recent thread on this: THE MEDIA SUCKS ESPECIALLY TALK RADIO!!!

Read the whole thing. Page 2 starts with a list of podcasts to try. All of them are much better than the nonsense we get on Boston Sports Talk Radio these days.
