I'm not so sure, in Edelman's book Wes was not a very helpful teammate. I fully expect Jules to try to stay with the Pats for another couple of years so it could be awkward.

Wes was such an amazing player here yet all I can affiliate him with is coming up short and the 10 year drought (7 years of it), fair or unfair

Plus any player who goes on to join Peyton automatically has a stench to me that's hard to get rid of (see: Adam V)

I need to put that on my list.

It’s unfortunate but true. He was always one of my favorites, but his infamous drops / did not connects stand out. Especially when the other guys are the clutchest players out there: Brown, Edelman, and Amendola. It’s not a coincidence that those three won titles, since they made so many critical catches down the stretch.

I remember him dropping that damn pass if he had 3 more inches of reach.

A lot of people have said it was partly on Brady, but it’s a receivers responsibility to time the jump and catch anything within a certain window. He had lots of space and the throw was 100% catchable.

The momentum turner against Baltimore in 2012/13 was really bad. Just a wide open drop on third down and the stadium seemed to die.

Wes has gotten his "feet" wet as he has been a loyal "foot" soldier in Houston as a player he is familiar with "defeet" when he played for Miami, so perhaps he could put his best "foot" forward by trudging along the coaching "footpath"...

Jeez those comments suck, maybe I should erase or maybe lay the groundwork for better efforts..

Not the right week to bring up the lame Welker foot jokes, Darryl. It didn’t work out too well, last time. Lol.

Looks like WW wants to move on from being a foot soldier
