We NEED Jeff Garcia

Personally I think the team NEEDS a vet QB with that offense .. I think Cassel could do a nice little dink and dunk job and shouldnt be getting nearly the raop he is but I think Garcia calms the whole team down

We wont have an offense like this for ever and I think you gotta find a guy who can make use of it, esp if the D cant control their side of the ball

My question would be. If Garcia is so good, why is he not starting, and supposedly being shopped by the bucs?

Many people on here wanted Simms over Garcia. Are these same people just settling for anything now? Will this be another week of "sign culpepper" threads?

I definitely think we need Jeff Garcia. Cassel reminds me too much of David Carr. He drops back and if nobody is open in 2 seconds, instead of looking around the feel, he gets scared in the pocket. not good

I remember watching the Pats get shut out by the Bills, 31-0 in week one just a handful of years ago, and thinking after that debacle, "it's gonna be a looooooong season."

I was right. It was a long season. All the way to the Superbowl.

Calm down. It's never good to get pounded at home in a divisional game, but it ain't the end of the world. We got spoiled a lil' bit last year I think, and to expect the same regardless of who is under center is irrational.

I put the loss chiefly on the defense, what happened in the red zone is embarrassing. How would Jeff Garcia help that situation?
As for Cassel, perhaps a little less pressure (better protection) may have changed things a bit.
